I came across this sale a few days ago. We were at the mall to get some picture frames and to do a bit of food shopping. I was with the boys though so all I did was window shop. For some reason, I get to shop more when I am on my own than with them. I am not sure if it’s because I have company and I don’t want them to wait on me or I don’t want them to see the price of my purchase. And so I regret not getting the striped top that I saw. I think it’s the last piece so I’m not sure if it will still be there when I come back. Oh well, if that’s the case I guess it’s not meant to be. Anyway if you’re interested, here are the details of the sale.

For Mother’s Day.

I don’t think I will be asking for anything this mother’s day. I shopped a bit too much lately – only because there were sales. But just the same, it was a tad too much from my usual expenses. Add to that my derma expenses. How I wish it was for vanity reasons but it’s not. Thanks to skin asthma and my atopic skin, I now regularly checks in with a dermatologist. So the next time we go to the mall to get led lights and stuff, I have to stop myself from looking around much as I don’t have the budget anymore.

I never regret going to the mall yesterday to look for audio conferencing tools as I came across this blow-out sale from Bayo. Now two days and two Bayo stores later, I now have six new blouses. Thanks to the generosity of DH. He was even the one asking to go to the mall. Maybe I can check out another nearby mall tomorrow to see what’s on sale.

For some reason, I can’t get DS to be interested in music. He must have gotten that from me. I love music alright and singing even. I even looked into Cakewalk and such. But as much as I want to learn, music can’t seem to like me. It’s a talent I think more than anything. You can learn the basic, but it is so hard to train your ears to know what’s pleasing or not. So yes, I am not forcing DS to like it. He knows what he wants to do and so I let him be.

I haven’t been able to do so much online stuff right now. I am interested in trying out crossstitch again and I have been googling about it like crazy. So happy that I have been coming across free patterns once in a while. I have gone through my stash and I have been eyeing two patterns. Two ambitious patterns I might add. I am just a bit worried as to where to get my supplies. It’s not like cigar humidors that I can easily search for an online shop. The hobby is not so popular anymore so most of the stores selling stitching supplies are already closed. I guess DS will be happy that we might be touring different malls to satisfy my current obsession.
